My goal is to handle absolutely everything for owners with the same diligence and care that I take in handling my own properties.
With over 37 years of experience and over 1,500 sales transactions, I’m able to foresee and mitigate most hurdles that come up in an average sales transaction. Understanding the dynamics of financing, inspections, cultural differences and personalities allows me to guide and manage transactions with the most ease as possible.
And with regard to selling homes, my goal is to help clients with a smooth, seamless transaction and insulate them from the innate stress of moving.

Process
The process for selling and for taking on new property management clients is very similar. We prepare a detailed market analysis, we make recommendations for preparing and presenting the property, then handle all the prep and all the marketing to obtain the best result possible.
We evaluate the offer with respect to terms and buyer/tenant viability, then follow through with a long and detailed list of actions and tasks to complete the transaction.

Tenant Screening
We conduct extensive screening on all new tenants. Our team handles everything from moving your qualified tenant into their new home, to rent collection, to handling maintenance issues.
Rent Collection
Our team makes sure you get paid on time, every time. You don’t have to worry about whether rent payments will show up in your bank account or not. We take care of everything. So, you have nothing to worry about.
Maintenance
We conduct inspections upon move-in and move-out. These include documenting the property’s condition and ensuring all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Financial Reporting
It's never been easier to keep tabs on your investment. Our detailed financial reporting tools let you log into an owner’s portal to view statements. You can easily stay in tune with how your investment is performing.
Eviction Protection
In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will cover the cost of a simple uncontested eviction (some restrictions apply) and ensure your investment is protected.

The percentage of our tenants renewing their leases every year. This is important because turnover leads to vacancy. This is the biggest expense you could potentially have as a landlord. More lease renewals leads to less turnover. That means fewer expenses for you.

$1000 Guarantee
The amount of money we guarantee you for legal eviction expenses. If we approve and place a tenant in your rental property and we have to evict that tenant for non-payment of rent, we will pay up to $1,000 of legal fees.
30-Day Guarantee
Although we hope to work together for many years to come, we don’t believe in long-term “forced” contracts. Rather we believe we should earn your business every single day. Should you ever find our services lacking, you can terminate our agreement with a simple 30-day notice; and with no termination fees or penalties.
